While John Bernhard devoted himself to photographing the nude for over 30 years, he also set out to create other important collections of paintings and mixed media.

This work represents John's latest creation where he transforms the body into images reminiscent of a dream.  The body breaks free of its own material constraint, and dissolves into nature and metamorphoses into mystic human or abstract forms.
